The advisor who served us was extremely pleasant. Assisted me with what I was looking for without being over powering. Very pleasant atmosphere in the Ayr store. It has been a long time since nice I had a pleasant shopping experience when looking for home furnishings.

We were greeted at the door as we entered, very polite young man named Andrew. When asked if we required assistance, I explained we were looking for a firm bed due to health issues and a bed at home older than him, just wanted to do a reccy first and if we required any help then we would ask. Andrew said that's fine if you need anything at all my names Andrew just let me know, he then asked if it would be okay to point us in the right direction of firm beds, which was very helpful indeed. The bed we eventually chose was down to his knowledge and fantastic advice and personal service, he did not behave like a salesman more of an informative guide, his knowledge of both product and people, and his honesty was very refreshing. With his guidance we tried two beds in the medium range, then went back to one we had tried, as we had then a comparison. His questions about our health issues, and his knowledge of his product helped us choose our first new bed since 1995, and at no time did we feel under pressure to purchase.

I was satisfied because I felt the member of staff helping us was very knowledgeable about the beds and mattresses, and he stayed late so my partner could come along too

Andrew was attentive and helpful. He was so nice to my 83 year old mother who was buying the mattress. The store wasn't busy so mum had the luxury of taking plenty of time to decide. I thought the quality of the mattresses was extremely good and the pricing was very reasonable.

Staff member was friendly and very helpful. Time was taken to ensure that we made the correct purchase to meet our needs.
