My last mattress was a Dreams mattress and I knew I wanted to shop there again when it was time to replace my mattress. The sales team made me feel like nothing was too much trouble, and they helped me to find the perfect mattress and new pillows. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bed or mattress now.

Andy's customer service was excellent, he made us feel welcome and answered all our question's. He was appropriately friendly and we were offered a drink while we chatted. We felt no pressure to choose any particular product and when we decided to pop out of the store to think about our choices this was accepted without issue. We returned a short while later with our decision and the sale was completed smoothly without issue.
