On entering the AYR store we were met by Andrew, who immediately made us welcome, by offering us complimentary drinks. Andrew had avery good knowledge of the pillow & and mattresses available and most be a credit to your store.

Andy was a brilliant help he took time to understand our needs and help us find the right mattress. He also had excellent product knowledge which helped us trust his judgement and advice

The sales person who assisted us was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different products to us. She also gave us enough time on our own to talk about the items and get a feel for them. We got to try out the machine that recommends your perfect mattress which helped us choose our option in the end.

We were highly satisfied with the service we received because the sales assistant's extensive product knowledge. He was also very welcoming and obliging in assisting and guiding us in choosing the correct mattress. We would definitely return to this store in the future and give our whole experience a five star rating.

The staff at dreams prestwick, were great from start to finish. Very friendly, helpful and had great product knowledge.

Staff were very courteous and did not push you to make a quick decision . I was impressed with the quality of products available and being able try for our selves before making a Decision on what best suited our needs. Looking forward to receiving our bedding order on 2nd October when we move house to Alford . I will be telling my friends about your service.

Your colleague Denise who dealt with our visit was excellent, she knew in depth about all your products and understood our needs and helped us secure the bed we wanted. The store manager was very helpful in finalising the sale and s great help in helping me select the correct pillow to help with a neck problem, all in all a great experience, that will most certainly see us return to the store in the future 👍
