We were highly satisfied with the salesman Stefan he was very helpful and understood our needs,the store was spotless he also made us a cup of coffee each which was very welcoming you could not fault the attention he gave us and he explained everything to us which is very helpful.

We were given the opportunity to try the sleep technology which pointed us in the right direction for a suitable mattress. The staff member (Denise) was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable without being pushy the way some sales staff can be in other shops!!

I had already seen what i wanted to order online but have a personal preference to go in to store to place order. The sales advisor asked me if he could help and I stated I already knew what I wanted to order and sat me down straight away and got it processed

The salesman listened to what my requirements were and allowed me to make my own choices without being pushy. He explained the whole time I was trying to decide, only to help make my decision clearer. A nice cup of tea at the end just finished the whole experience nicely.

The friendly and happy atmosphere from the minute I walked into the store put me at ease. Denise, the sales lady was helpful but not pushy. That was especially what I liked. The other members of staff had a nice manner too. I noticed that they did not blank you out because they were not dealing with me but had a friendly smile and comment too. A refreshing change from sales staff elsewhere. I spent a bit more money than I thought I would but I experienced and saw quality and value for money so I went home very happy. Thank you Alice Wallace
