Help and Assistance was very quick in fact as soon as you walk in the door.

We were greeted by the 2 members of staff but not put under pressure. Kieran listened to us and directed us to the dream sleep machine for the survey. If we could afford that we'd have Bought on the spot! A wonderful asset to the shop. We were then directed to the selected mattresses and were impressed with most of them. Look g forward to receiving our new mattress soon and can't thank Kieran enough. Such a pleasure not to have the aggressive selling tactic in this store. We will definitely be recommending this store with state of the art dream machine to everyone!

AS MY WIFE IS WHEELCHAIR BOUND YOUR ASSISTANT WAS VERY ACOMODATING MAKING SURE WE COULD GET ACCESS TO WHEREVER WE NEEDEDTO GO IN THE SHOWROOM. The staff greeted us on arrival in store asking what our needs were. Kieran recommend the bed test, great idea it allowed him to guide us to the most suitable beds or us. He explained each one we tested answering our questions no rush or pushy sales talk we had a friendly chat throughout and each of our choices were discussed in detail to make sure it was what we required eg storage headboard colour size and cost. We purchased a high quality bed and was completely satisfied with the service we received from Kieran.

Staff very helpful without pressurising for a sale. We browsed, were given all the information and help we needed, were guided to the products considered to be most suitable, then given time to make a final decision.

Denise was very helpful and came over as soon as we entered the store. She was enthusiastic and gave you space to gather your thoughts before coming back with more help. Her suggestions and helpful hints were great and can’t wait to receive my order for my new flat.

As soon as my husband and I walked through the door we were greeted by a young man who was straight to the point and asked us what we were in looking at. We were in for a bed and mattress and asked us fully about what our needs were. He took us over to the sleep bed where he analysed my husband and I most matched mattress. He was not pushy and was very knowledgeable about the products he was showing us. He was not pushing the most expensive and wanted us to get the best purchase for us.

The sales person Steve was very helpful without being too pushy. We went in looking for a double bed divan and steve sold us a Tempur mattress and a double bed with TV. Steve was very knowledgeable about the products, a bit slow on the computer, but Andrew helped out. I am a return customer and very happy with yesterdays visit.

Staff were excellent. Kieran and Janet (I think ) were very friendly had good laugh. I’m an sales manager for Scotland and Ireland and would hire her in a heart beat Good work
