The staff member who was in the store took the time to show me a range of the type of products I was interested in. He had an extensive knowledge of the properties of the different products I enquired about. There was a good range of products in the store to choose from. The sales process for the goods I purchased was professional and reassuring.

Andy was polite and helpful he had a great knowledge of the products and had us try various mattress to ensure we were completely happy. He had great knowledge of the aftercare for the bed and accessories required. He was understanding of our two young children and kept them involved and occupied! Andy and Steve helped me out the day before purchasing and talked me through everything from the mattress to which pillow would best suit me. They were both very friendly and offered me a lot of time. As a result I came back the next day and Andy went through everything again with me and did not rush the process. Would highly recommend!
