Sales staff friendly, gave us time to get in the door and start looking before approaching us, unlike your Irvine store where we had 4 members of staff bearing down on us as soon as the door closed behind us. Offered suggestions without being pushy and had good product knowledge

We were given lots of time to try out the various beds after finding out what would suit us. I liked that our old mattress could be recycled. It was a very pleasant experience.

We were looking for a new mattress but not clear what would be best for us as we both have back problems. Andrew guided us through the process with expert ease. His knowledge of his subject is first class and his customer care skills are impeccable. It was clear throughout our visit that Andrew wasn't just interested in making a sale - he needed to be sure we bought the product that was right for us. I think Andrew deserves a raise - whatever salary he's on you're not paying him enough!
