We had looked already at a few different stores and happened to be in the area...Andrew, the employee we spoke to was approachable, friendly and knowledgable.

Staff professional and friendly. Good choice of beds.

Andrew took time to identify the type of mattress required by my daughter, having carried out a machine test to identify mattress suitability. He then discussed the options available to us in terms of mattress, bed frame, pillows, duvet and appropriate cover. He and his colleague were also friendly and courteous throughout.

The sales assistant was friendly and efficient, good knowledge of products. The store layout was good and the prices were reasonable.

We visited the Ayr store to look at sizes as we had thought of a day bed for our spare room. After looking at options and detailing why we were looking for a bed for our spare room, we were advised to purchase an Intex blow up mattress. This meets all of our needs, as we only have some one to stay once or twice per year.

I was not pushed into purchasing anything, the lady told me to go home & think about it.

I was helped by a very nice young man who was neither pushy or inexperienced. He listened you my request and was extremely efficient and helpful

We were so happy with the way Denise helped us to build our order bit by bit and she was able to help us decide on how everything went together ,she spent time listening to us and came up with suggestions for us and allowed us the time to look and decide what we wanted.
