Given plenty of time to try things; not rushed and no pressure selling.

We were spoken to within minutes in the shop and taken to discuss what We were looking for. I felt informed never pressured which I liked. Also had two toddlers with me and staff great with them and weren't seen as inconvenient

Excellent service and knowledge of the product from the salesman.

Approachable and knowledgeable staff. Was able to come in to the shop, see exactly what I wanted. Order and be away from the store within 20 minutes.

For a new showroom with all new staff, their assistance and knowledge was exceptional. Special mention to kjetan who built a good rapport without the hard sell.

If I get exactly the service I need and want, I am satisfied. To be highly satisfied, I have to be impressed by something in the store, products, or service - something that goes beyond expectations. I got exactly the service and the product I expected to get - nothing more (and nothing less).

Everything was good got the email for my purchase tried to download it but nothing there still waiting on paperwork to verified my purchase

I was looking for a wooden bed frame. There were only 2 to choose from.

I was mostly highly satisfied ,but always looking for an even better price
