Lauren was very helpful. She showed me all the mattresses that related to my needs. Left me to try them out. Offered refreshments and kept coming back to check that I was ok. Overall a very pleasant visit to Dreams and came away having ordered a very comfortable mattress.

Sophie was knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She was efficient yet not too pushy! She called back as promised in response to a question. Really very impressed with the customer service.

I was greeted by Abi who was friendly, respectful and knew the products. She made me feel that my enquiry and questions were important and appeared to genuinely care about my needs. I was offered a cup of tea (always time for a cuppa)! She was just a pleasure to have look after me while in your store, very helpful and no pressure to purchase. Her advice never demonstrated any bias but was directed by my needs. A very pleasant visit indeed. I was going to shop around. Lauren was friendly and very informative, ensuring we had all we needed to make an informed choice and also gave us some time and space to make our decision without feeling pressured.
