Assistance immediately available. Before we reached the store, we had to phone to find the exact position of the store because it was next to an industrial estate. Assistant answered immediately and was very helpful. Could not fault instore experience.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, they were Professional and had great product knowledge, the store was clean and welcoming we were very impressed with our whole experience and will definitely recc3to family and friends.

The Sleepmatch system was really helpful in narrowing down our search and giving us a good idea of which matresses to try out. Sophie at the Barnstaple store was extremely helpful and friendly, she was very patient while we tried out multiple matresses and was very proactive with her approach to Covid safety.

The staff were very helpful on the produces I purchased and went out of their way re the delivery as I was purchasing this Item for my Daughter

Assistant Sophie was very helpful & knowledgeable about products in the Barnstaple store . She knew what I wanted & matched the goods easily. Very surprised with the professionalism considering it was freezing outside & heating wasn't working in store, but I was offered a hot drink which was nice.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and took plenty of time helping us make decisions. Overall we were very pleased with our visit, our only slight disappointment was the length of delivery time which we hadn’t anticipated, but she explained that the bed is made to order and comes straight to us and so doesn’t hang around in storage.
