Easy to search for products using filters on website. Great price reduction offered from Boxing Day. Excellent customer service assistant on the phone who was actually working in a Tier 2 Dreams store, whilst I am living in Tier 4 during lockdown. She was patient and helpful in answering my questions and meeting my needs for purchase of an ottoman bed frame which I had been looking for, for 2 months or so. Well done to her and Dreams!

The consultant was very knowledgeable on all the products. Nothing was too much trouble and social distancing was totally adhered to. Bottled water was offered frequently and it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

A warm welcoming as soon as we entered. This continued all the time we were there.

The whole process was carried out very efficiently and all staff were amiable, helpful and patient. I would particularly recommend Store Colleague CHELSEA who could not have been more helpful, and friendly, but allowed my wife, and I, to take time to consider. She is a credit to your company.
