Excellent staff and great item.

I was welcomed by two lovely ladies who helped me select the most suitable mattress and bed frame for my requirements. They explained each step and what would work best for me. They were polite and friendly, made me feel very comfortable and I left with a wonderful bed that meets by budget and will look lovely in my first apartment.

Sophie our sales assistant was very attentive, but not intrusive. She took the time to listen carefully to our requirements and talk through options that may be of interest. She gave us as much time as we needed to evaluate the mattresses that we were considering, and answered any questions with honesty & good knowledge. When it came to placing the order, together with the manager Abbey they considered various options for us, including discussing the disposal of our old mattress, and getting us the best price possible without any gimmicky or pressure sales approaches. Everything was explained to us clearly, and we left the shop very pleased with the service we have received. Will definitely shop here again.
