When we arrived the assistant immediately explained their social distancing and ppe requirements. We were asked what we were looking for, and recommended certain mattresses, and had the exchange policy explained. This was really helpful as my daughters were definitely not playing ball when it came to deciding what they liked. The assistant was friendly and chatted to my girls, she made them feel comfortable wandering and trying out the mattresses, and in no time they had actually picked one each. A very stressful day was turned around by the attitude and care of one very nice lady!

Our first visit to “Dreams” was to just get an understanding about the wide variety of matttress’s. We were so professionally looked after it was a pleasure to purchase one immediately.
