The sales assistant in the Barnstaple store went over and above for me and my husband she was so knowledgable and polite and couldn’t do enough for us her name was Lauren. In fact the whole staff were friendly and greeted us with offers of tea and coffee and generally nothing was too much for them. Fantastic customer service and experience.

As there were no other customers in the store we had the sole attention of the assistant. There was no hard sell, she was very attentive but not pushy and she listened to what we wanted and gave us advise which we found very helpful. Even when we said we were going to have a coffee and have a think she agreed this was a good idea as when you a spending quite a lot of money there's nothing worse than feeling you are being pushed into purchasing the product. We had fun trying out the different mattresses and the fact that if we are not happy when we have tried the mattress at home we can exchange it within a certain time.
