Dreams - Barnstaple

I was very satisfied with all the help we received. We brought along our two children thinking it would be ok but they were very loud and kept running around. The staff members were very helpful and said they would look after them whilst we could look so we could look properly. They got them colouring sheets/ balloons and kept them entertained whilst we looked around.

Just what I wanted, friendly knowledgeable staff.

The sales assistants were all very helpful, friendly and professional. The manager remembered me as the nurse who looked after her earlier in the year in hospital.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams, due to the fantastic customer service within the barnstaple store. They were very welcoming by offering us a drink and showing us all the beds, mattresses headboards and so on but I must say that Chelsea and Pia took it one step further by offering us a first class babysitting service for my 1 year old, giving us a chance to try out all the mattresses. Without these guys we wouldn't have been able to buy our new bed 😁

The staff were there when needed and a good display of products.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our 3 year old daughter was given colouring/crayons while we were shopping and kept occupied by another member of staff. They even gave her some Christmas chocolates! Lauren gave us all the info we needed and had a good sense of humour. The best shopping experience we have had for a long time.

The member of staff was very friendly and very helpful. Her colleague was also very helpful. Their knowledge was excellent and were so good with our young children.

Abbie was incredibly helpful polite professional. Her knowledge was detailed helpful and easy to understand hence making a big difference in our difficult decision. We would confidently say that Abbie and her female college made our experience at dreams distinctly better than your competitors. They were especially helpful with our 3 year of daughter who was causing a distraction. We are extremely happy with our decisions.
