Very satisfied with the whole process, used the mattress sleep machine thing which was able to tell me with mattress was best for me (wasn’t 100% planning on buying a mattress too) but the one I was matched too was so so comfy I never felt anything so nice so had to buy too! Whole process what easy and comfortable

We were Highly Satisfied with the experience with the Dreams Store in Barnstaple, as soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a very friendly member of Staff (her name is Chelsea), we explained what we wanted and she was able to steer us in the right direction for our needs. She was very knowledgeable of the different mattresses in store. We tried several of them for comfort and settled for the first one that Chelsea showed us.

Tia and Lauren made it very easy to get what I wanted it will be delivered Friday and hoping that goes smoothly too

The girls Lauren & Pia were both very pleasant and extremely helpful, they were probably the main reason for to days purchase ,and also the quality of the goods

I am very pleased/highly satisfied with the customer service i received this week by Lauren and Pia, I think their names are;. Not only were they very helpful with me deciding what mattress and pillows are comfortable for me. As another example of great service was the offer of a hot drink like a cup of tea for example so thanks Dreams for the service which i will be happy to share and recommend to other people and I'm therefore looking forward to my new mattress coming in December Thanks Karl
