Staff approached us within a few moments of entering the shop. Pia was very friendly and spent plenty of time with us. We were shown a variety of products and once we informed the staff what we were after they found it on the online system.

The assistant was helpful and knowledgeable without being overpowering. She allowed us the time to discuss our options without intervention or interruption but remained attentive. The display is minimalistic as it’s a small store but we we found what we were looking for and are very satisfied with our purchase.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Plenty of products available to try. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was when changing our mind of bed, the delivery date extended by 3 weeks.

I was a very happy customer when I purchased my bed from Dreams in Barnstaple Devon. Lauren the sales assistant was extremely helpful well mannered and went out her way to find the perfect bed. I have bought twice recently from my local Dreams store and both purchases been very satisfied.

I was very satisfied as the staff where amazing, we where greeted by Chelsea and she was so accommodating. She is very good her job! We got our perfect mattress!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, made sure we got not only the bed that we needed but the one that we wanted. The staff wasn’t pushy which gave us space to think about what we wanted and in the end get the right bed for us. The one fault there was though was the computers where rather slow, not the staffs fault though. Overall very happy with the store and staff.
