Friendly helpful service

Member of staff was very friendly and helpful. Not at all pushy, listened to what.

We were made welcome by all the staff as soon as we entered the store. We then asked to try the Dreams sleep match as we have purchased several mattresses in the past and have struggled to find the right mattress. Pia showed us to the machine and explained the whole process to us. Once completed she showed us to the mattresses available that should be correct for us. Once we had tried several and Pia had explained what the mattresses were made from and where the materials were sourced she then spent time with us looking for a new bedstead. We decided that we needed time to consider the purchase and we did not feel pressured into purchasing there and then. Upon consideration we returned to the store to complete our purchase and pick a delivery date - which was quick considering the mattresses are made to order, we were also delighted to receive some pillows etc free of charge.

The lady who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went away to think about it overnight, and it would’ve been easy to order it on the internet, but I wanted to return to the store to order it and say thank you to her.
