Dreams - Barnstaple

The staff were lovely, they spent lot of time talking to me about the products available. Really friendly and had lots of time to give. Brilliant service. Mattress arrived when they said it would. Very quickly too, only took four days! Altogether brilliant.

all the staff at your Barnstaple at the time of our visit where total gems in all aspects. they new there products 100 per cent. they couldn't of done more to make our visit more enjoyable.

Great knowledge from the sales assistant. Nothing was too much trouble. No pressure to buy.

All the staff were exceptional. Friendly and very knowledgeable without being pushy. I felt relaxed enough to try several beds whereas I'm normally on edge with assistants hovering, but I didn't feel like that at all today.

The whole process was quick and easy. The bed analyser machine was fun too! And the lady who assisted us kept our little boy amused while we were on it which was lovely.

Loved the staff Between pia and Lauren. Pia helped us do the sleep match and Lauren helped order and sort out thi he got us. Lauren was amazing in managing my finance for it. Althouhh difficult situation we ended up doing a smaller perchase but still amazing x

So soon as we walked I'm Chelsea was polite, courteous and helpful. She always had a smile on her face witch helped us feel welcome, we get what we where looking for (and then some) thanks to her explaining everything perfectly. We even had time to have a lovely cup of tea, a little chat and a good laugh too.
