They staff in the Barnstaple store have always been friendly when going in. They are always helpful and chatty making the experience better. They are also very quick with getting the perfect order at the best price.

Lauren, the sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was nice to be offered a cup of coffee whilst in the store.We had our 4year old grand-daughter Eden with us and she was well entertained by the staff to enable us to browse & listen to Lauren. It was a shame that the Oak bed frame that we came to see was not kept at this store, but Lauren contacted another store to get a picture of the Oak colour E-Mailed over so we could match the colour to what we required

The two ladies were so helpful and really knew the products well nothing was too much trouble I would really reamend friends to visit the Barnstable store. After trying the mattress guite a few times I am really looking forward to receiving my new bed,I have had other beds from dreams and it was the first store I returned to to buy a new bed. Keep up the good work I found the machine to say which mattress I needed..really useful Yours sincerely Pym Gander
