Your colleague Abbie, was highly knowledgeable, very friendly and put us at our ease whilst undertaking your analytic process. We were introduced to different types of pillow and ended up with the confidence to buy a new mattress, pillows and sheets at that first visit. Great communication and knowledge about the mattresses. Lauren spent time with my children to ensure they were happy whilst we were testing out the mattresses. We felt comfortable and relaxed when making our decision and left happy with our purchase and time in the shop.

Staff very knowledgeable about all beds and mattresses in store and available from stock and were happy to explain about the differences between each type of mattress. I thought the trail bed that assesses your needs was a brilliant idea. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout and I would recommend this store to friends.

The staff were first class, especially Sophie, she did not try to pressure us into buying anything and her knowledge of the stock on offer was very good. She showed us several items and said that if we needed time to think before we decided to buy, then we were welcome to take as long as we liked and it was this attitude that persuaded us to place an order straight away. These days bad or complacent service seems to be the norm, so it was a pleasure to be served by Sophie, a credit to your company.

The sales girl was very knowledgeable and all the staff were very friendly.

I knew what I needed. I was assisted straight away upon entering the store, I declined assistance until I had looked around at my leisure. I then asked the assistant for help, which she was happy to do.

We popped into Dreams Barnstaple store after our Paris holiday celebrating Our 25th Wedding Anniversary to be greeted by the Lovely Lauren. She was friendly, knowledgeable & very welcoming, not the usual pushy sales assistant you get in other stores. Lauren made us feel relaxed & gave us time to make our choice. She made the whole experience easy & pleasurable, she makes a good cup of tea too. We would highly recommend anyone needing a new bed/mattress/pillows etc to visit Dreams Barnstaple for a stress & hassle free shopping experience.
