The mattress testing machine at the moment was quick and simple and helped guide our choices. The welcome was friendly, we were offered coffee, good, clear advice and Sophie was not too pushy giving us time to retry the mattresses we liked on our own before coming to a decision. Straightforward to purchase and different finance options offered, terms and conditions well explained and delivery options clear and simple.

The sales advisor was excellent, put us at easy. Listened to our requirements advised and make recommendations on the results after using the test bed. Tried her best to get an earlier delivery date.

The store members made us feel welcome from the moment we walked. They listened to our requirements, were very knowledgable and helped us choose the right mattress. They even kept our daughter entertained so we could concentrate. 10 our of 10!

We were greeted at the door and was helped as quickly as possible the lady that helped us pick our beds was very helpful and knew what she was talking about, she made us feel very comfortable by offering us a hot drink and talking about our recent trip to Disney world (which is why we wanted to buy a bigger bed).

I found Sophie to be very friendly, informative and helpful, without being pushy. She seemed genuinely interested in our needs as a customer. I would definitely go back if I needed to purchase another mattress.

I set out to buy a sofa bed and mattress using interest free credit. The store was clean and pleasantly well stocked with items to view. There were several people to welcome and advise me and I was also remembered from my visit last year. An assistant was designated to help me and I was soon able to decide upon my main purchases. I was offered tea or coffee and had this while finalizing things. I was given a lot of valuable help to make my purchase up to the amount needed to qualify for credit and also time to consult my wife by mobile phone. I was treated very kindly throughout and a delivery date suitable to me was agreed. After payments and paperwork etc. were completed I was helped to my car with the extra items I had decided upon. Overall I was highly satisfied with my shopping experience and happy with the quality and value of things bought.
