we were greeted nicely and left to just look around, when Lauren saw we were spending a little time by a couple of beds she then came over and explained the different mattresses. This helped us decide which one would be better. We were offered tea and coffee which we thought was a lovely gesture and both enjoyed our drinks. She also explained the storage choices and this helped in our decision of the divan. The ordering was simple, which in this day and age makes a lovely change, and the delivery time was quicker than I expected. This is the first visit I have made to dreams but I will return next year to replace my mattress. The bed we purchased is for my second bedroom for when family visit.

Laura plus her colleagues were welcoming friendly and informative about products in the store and online should I have wished for an alternative product.

The quality of service was fantastic

The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and very honest when we overpaid by £40 cash. It was our 3rd time back in the store and every visit we were treated the same nothing was any trouble. Fantastic staff. Can't wait to take delivery of our new mattress!

The staff instore were very knowledgable and really helped us find the correct mattresses for our needs. They were not too pushy in asking us to make a decision and gave us the space to talk privately. They were very friendly during the whole order process even taking the time to continue talking to us after we had placed the order and were finishing the coffees they had made us.

Hi, I visited the Barnstaple branch of dreams and I was met my such a nice lady. Super helpful, lovely to talk too. Gave me advice and all the information I required. She made my shopping experience so easy especially with my 2 year old boy in tow !! Would highly recommend to my friends and family.

I found the assistant, Abbie really helpful in helping me to decide on the right mattress for my needs, and I thought she was very helpful in explaining all the different types of materials used in constructing the mattresses. I also liked the different range of beds and prices to suit all needs.

Two very helpful,friendly and polite ladies.Made us both a lovely cup of tea,Sophie sold us our matress,she was very informative and didn't rush us and answered all our queries satisfactorily. The delivery notified us the day before and promptly arrived the next day,they too were obliging and courteous.
