I found the staff in the store to be very knowledgeable about the bedroom furniture, especially the mattresses which I was particularly interested in.

Sophie and Abbie, we're very helpful. They found a bed suitable for my back and for my partner as well. They gave us brilliant advice on suitable pillows and duvets. They were both very friendly and not pushy. They offered us drinks and allowed our little boy to do some colouring, they helped entertain him whilst we discussed our options.

All your staff were extremely polite, friendly and really helpful. My parents recommended me to try Dreams and I am so glad they did. Lauren was excellent and made me feel confident in choosing my products. Thank you

‘And So To Bed…’ the regular final daily entry of 17th-Century diarist Samuel Pepys, never one to hold back on the good, bad and ugly of humanity. Sadly, when it comes to business customer service in 2019, the bad and the ugly are often to the fore, not the case with your Bickleton branch of Dreams. Why? Simply because your outstanding staff members Leanne and Sophie made me feel welcome. Everything I needed to know was explained clearly, concisely, and intelligently, and all my questions were answered. If you have Customer Service Awards please give it to them. After testing your mattress (with a rug at the end of the bed – a nice touch), I felt so relaxed that I started to drift off to sleep. I was convinced, and after outlining the further benefits of membership (eat your heart out American Express), Leanne processed my order quickly and efficiently. Sophie reminded me that I was entitled to four free pillows. So not only will I enjoy the perfect night’s sleep on my lovely new mattress, I’ll also be engaging in plenty of interesting new ‘pillow talk’! And from now I can say to myself at the end of each day “And so to bed” and mean it. Thank you for making MY Dreams come true.

Lauren, one of your sales staff, dealt with us very well. As my husband is fairly disabled with chronic back pain she fetched a try-out pillow and transferred it to the other beds that he tried. We were also offered a cup of tea or coffee which she made promptly and coffee was very satisfactory. She explained in detail the qualities of each mattress. We decided perhaps to wait until we got home to purchase but because she had been so pleasant we concluded that we would buy one there and then. Also the buy now pay 6 months later was on offer and this was another good reason for our decision.

Your staff were excellent, both the person who served us and the other two members of staff who were appropriately pleasent.

Highly satisfied- lauren was very knowledgeable she didnt push us to chose a mattress, she disucussed what type of mattress there are and gave us lots of options for our price range, we was offered drinks and look after very well thanks again

The staff were helpful but not pushy. We were given time to decide without being put under any sales pressure. (If I had felt pressured I would have left the store).

Abigail was brilliant, she certainly knew her products and even gave me a smaller pillow just like i have at home. Also, Paul and Tim, the delivery guys were outstanding too, from asking where to put the mattress to taking shoes off to smiling and speaking to my kitten, great happy smiling service. Please note today was storm Erik and they arrived at 13;45, the time window i was given was 13;30 to 15;30, so excellent timing too!

The ladies in the shop were very welcoming, knowledgeable and the Paul and Dan who delivered our bed were exceptional!
