The girls were fantastic, we first went in as a family with a 2 year old and they couldn't of been friendlier. They made us fit right at home whilst helping to ocuppy our little girl, they even printed out some colouring in sheets so we could try the beds out. No pressure sales and very knowledgeable, we originally went in for prices on an eve mattress and ended up going back in later that day and bought the more expensive tempur mattress and bed frame in super king. Will be highly recommending to my friends and family.

all the staff were very friendly and helpful, we had our 1 year old with us and between the 3 ladies working they ensured our little one was happy by giving her colouring stuff to do and also a pink balloon. we were given a cup of tea too as spent a long time with in the store. we only went in for a bed frame but ended up purchasing a mattress, duvet, and pillows along with our bed frame. the lady who dealt with our purchase was called Lauren and was very helpful when it came to choosing the right mattress for our needs. we were not rushed either which was a good thing , will return in future for anymore purchases we need and will recommend to friends if needed

We were served by a very well trained assistant who had an excellent knowledge of all of the products in the store. She listened intently to our requirements & was able to take us to all of the various options that were available. We had tea & coffee & she politely left us alone while we made the decision as to what mattress we both were comfortable on, even brought a choice of pillows for us to match the one we use at home. We were very Happy with all of the staff they were a lovely team.

Friendly assistant knew the product so able to give constructive advice

The Assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and curteous; took time to understand our requirements and was not "pushy" in recommending any product.

When my partner and I entered the shop we were approached quickly but it did not feel as if a purchase was being pushed on us. The employees were knowledgable, friendly and helped us find what we wanted.
