I was served by Lauren in Barnstaple. Her product knowledge was excellent, she was friendly and helpful and overall made the purchase easy and straight forward. She even made me a cup of tea! I would highly recommend this store.

We were looked after by Lauren She was very helpful asked all the relevant questions to direct us to the correct bed for us and help to choose the headboard style and colours She gave us tea and let us spend as much time as we needed to try the beds She was very chatty with a light sense of humour and made the shopping experience very pleasant and stress free.

On entering your store at Roundswell Barnstaple a member of staff was on hand and name is Lauren she was very helpful and friendly as was the other members of staff this is the first time we used Dreams but it would be the last as I said in your survey the shop clean a tidy and the level of stock was good Lauren is credit to Dreams

Welcomed by Lauran at your Barnstaple Store, who guided us through the various products until we found the one that we felt suitable for us. This was done in a very professional courtious manner, with finger tip knowledge and the benefits of the various mattresses. We originally went to the store to look as to what you had to offer after your extensive advertising campaigns, and I must say that Lauran sold it to us.

We were very impressed with Lauren and her colleagues in our local branch. Although we did not make a purchase on our first visit she tactfully followed us up, without being at all "pushy" resulting in not only a bedframe sale but also a new, expensive, mattress as well
