The assistant found the mattress I was interested in very quickly

We were treated very kindly, the Sales Person was knowledgable, patient and generally very nice to both my husband and myself, I have used another branch in the uk the last time we bought a bed, so specifically returned to Dreams because of our experience previously with the company, we were not disappointed, this time either.

The assistant was exceptionally knowledgeable and spent time with us over two visits to understand our needs and explain the products in great depth. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try and sell us something we didn’t want. She was super professional and made you feel at ease. She could answer all of our questions and took time to make sure we understood what we we’re purchasing. I have already recommended dreams at Roundswell to a family member and friends at work as they a very professional and run a very tip top store.

Lauren was extremely helpful, we didn’t have a clue about what mattress we wanted and she guided us around the options and wasn’t pushy at all, the perfect experience for something we were secretly dreading! Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

Polite and knowledgeable staff. No undue pressure to purchase a product. Showed me a range of products and explained I could mix and match. Can’t really comment on price as such because I purchased a quality product in a Tempur mattress. Which I knew would be pricey! Explained finance options and was able to choose which I wanted. Lastly a complementary coffee or two. Made the whole e perience easy and uncomplicated.

Very helpful staff during my visit to try mattresses. Very helpful when I called to order at sale price a week later. Maybe you could upgrade the shop a bit (Barnstaple) it looks a bit tired.
