The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful.

They girls in the shop were very helpful and welcoming was offer a coffee which was made to perfection very very good service would shop there again

We ordered a single mattress over the phone and paid over the phone wanting to collect a rolled mattress rather then get it delivered staff were so helpful with this. They also supported us in purchasing another double mattress in store and their knowledge of products was exemplary and nothing was to much trouble

We want in with some ideas based on products we'd seen online. We ended up buying those products at a very good price.

We were assisted with very quickly. The store was quite small so didn’t have the products we had looked at online, but the assistant was very nice in letting us know about products in store that were very similar. Some of the ones we looked at were online only.

Lovely sales team . They took time to explain information about products . Offered us a cup of tea which was a lovely touch. They made the sales experience a stress free experience.

Good service and selection

We were greeted politely immediately on entering the store and then picked up a dialogue at OUR pace. The assistants worked as a team (the store was rather quiet) - one was relatively. inexperienced the other much more knowledgeable. We were happy to talk not only about the products, but also lifestyle matters that enabled great product advice to be given. We were also offered tea/coffee. It was a most satisfactory buying experience, and we left saying that the time in the Barnstaple Dreams Store had been really enjoyable!
