Lovely staff and Abigail was very informative and helpful

Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. We were welcomed and able to access all of the information we needed. We were able to try several beds, and were offered a cup of tea and pillows to use. Prices were clearly explained to us, and seemed reasonable in comparison to online research prior to our visit to the shop.

The staff were very friendly, personable and experienced.

The sales assistants were very polite, friendly and helpful and took the trouble to ask exactly what I was looking for and showed me the options without bias. As it goes I changed my mind midway through making the order but Sophie was completely unruffled and professional and reassured me that I had done the right thing, that it did not inconvenience her at all. A delightful young woman who - with her colleague Lauren - contributed hugely to an enjoyable and satisfactory experience. Can't wait to get my bed!

Abbie and Sophie demonstrated a high degree of knowledge, customer care and friendliness.

The lady called Sophie served me and she was so friendly. She made sure that I had all that I needed, and asked if I required additional cover etc but didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which I find uncomfortable and makes me not want to use particular companies. She was extremely helpful and made me feel like she actually cared about what I needed, which is often a rarity nowadays. Sophie is most definitely an asset to your barnstaple store. I will be recommending the store and I will return in the future.

Lauren was excellent and helped make us feel at ease, especially when we had a 5 year old to keep entertained too. The shopping experience was great, it was easy to find and try the type of mattress we were after. Well done Lauren and team. very please.
