We went in just to look around but had absolutely no idea what we wanted/needed.lauren approached us and gave us valuable advise which really helped direct us to what I believe will be the perfect choice for us.

Lauren was super efficient and very helpful. Walked in the store and got a lovely welcome and offered a hot drink. All staff were super friendly too. Very welcoming and really nice. Happy to help with what we needed

We visited the dreams store in Barnstaple on Friday morning initially and had a quick look round. Lauren assisted us answering all the questions we had. Another colleague (can't remember her name, a blonde lady) also helped to entertain my 5 year old son. Which was lovely. He got bored and she set him up with some colouring which I thought was a very lovely personal thing to do. We had to get to an appointment so left the store without purchasing anything. We said we would consider the information and return. Lauren was so lovely and very informative. Whilst at the appointment my husband and I discussed the bed and decided to go back and purchase the bed we had looked at on the way home. Lauren could not have been more helpful. We bought a bigger bed so she helped us select bedding too. Could not be happier with our experience. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Would recommend this store and Lauren in particular to everyone I know.

We were greeted by Katie who showed great interest in ascertaining our needs and the type of bed we already had at home. She then shared her extensive knowledge to suggest the available products to match our needs and gave us time to test the products. No question was too much trouble and though we originally came in to replace a mattress we ended up buying 2 Tempur pillows as well. If Katie was engaged with another customer Sophie was extremely friendly and helpful with any question. We both felt we were given excellent customer service and with the added comfort of your guarantees felt we had made an excellent purchase. Both your employees should be thanked for their excellent approach and manner. We would certainly recommend the stores to friends and family.

I was greated when I entered the store and asked if I needed help, which I didn't at the time so I was left to browse. When I needed assistance Lauren was very helpful, informative and efficient. The order process was easy, efficient and painless.

Lauren was very fast with the services, Abbie the store manager was very helpful with helping us find the right bed.

There were several available and well informed staff and I received prompt attention. The store was tidy and well stocked. I was shown details of the sofa bed I was interested in and was able to check price and color etc. I wanted to pay by installments and the staff were very helpful in accommodating this. I was made a cup of tea while staff member Katie went through the process of my credit application. Her and other staff nearby remained calm and friendly throughout the period of us completing the transaction...about 15 minutes. At all stages things were carefully explained to me and I was given a suitable date for my new sofa bed delivery and for our old one to be taken away. I was given all necessary paperwork and a friendly goodbye. I am very happy with the price of my new sofa bed and with the excellent and friendly service.
