Dreams - Barnstaple

We highly recommend Dreams after our visit to purchase a new mattress. The assistant was very informative and showed us a range of mattresses. We didn't feel under any pressure to complete a purchase at any time. We now look forward to the delivery of our new mattress.

Sophie was our sales rep and she was new but was very professional and help me itch everything I wanted. She was also really happy and a nice person.

With Katie’s help we found the exact bed that we required both comfortable and affordable. We were also able to purchase a very comfortable bed from the more affordable range to be used in our letting apartment. An enjoyable and productive visit.

We went back to Dreams in Barnstaple to buy our bed as we were very impressed by Katie’s knowledge and advice when we first visited the store - we ended up buying a Flaxby bed. We will definitely recommend anyone looking to buy a bed - Go to Dreams

Dreams was our first shop we looked in for a bed and mattress. As soon as we went in we were greeted by a friendly member of staff who assisted us during the whole visit. She knew exactly what she was talking about and listened to our exact needs and wants recommending and suggesting various options as well as being very honest about value for money. After leaving with a quote and visiting other stores to compare we knew we would be buying from Dreams. None of the other shops could answer our questions or forfil our requirements. They were less professional and knowledgeable. Returning to dreams 5 days layer the member of staff remembered who we were and remembered our selection...we forgot our quote. We went back over various tests on mattress which she was more than happy to assist with (aparently it was her day off and she had popped in for something). She encouraged us to take our time and spend as long as we needed to choose. Exceptional customer service. Very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend.

My husband HATES shopping and Monday morning I forced him into the Barnstaple store (sweating as he entered the store) as soon as we entered Abbi and Lauren were brilliant, even made him a coffee to calm him down! They were welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and in no means pushy. They listened to our requirements even if we didn't listen to each other!! They made us aware of offers, products and dealt with us in a extremely professional manner. We will definitely be going back as we need to purchase another bed....Keep hold of these two... great ambassadors fro Dreams.
