Sophie was extremely helpful nothing seemed too much for her. Great recommendation on a mattress for my and partner and I. Lovely and friendly service an asset to your store.

The moment my daughter and I stepped into the showroom we were welcomed by cheery staff, attractive young girls and very friendly. We were asked if they could help and I stated I wanted their expertise which they readily did , whilst enjoying an excellent coffee. My daughter and I agreed that the visit was pleasurable and customer service excellent and genuine.

This was the second of two visits we made and we were helped by Lauren each time. The second visit was to finalise our choice of headboards having got samples of the blinds that had been installed the previous day, so that we could compare colours. On both occasions Lauren couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive. She was friendly but courteous, knowledgeable about the choices on offer and provided us with glasses of water while our order was placed. The order process was conducted professionally and everything was explained very clearly. We were very impressed by the service we received having only recently moved to the Barnstaple area and we would certainly use and recommend Dreams to our family and friends. Thank you Lauren and very best wishes for your wedding on August 11th.

Although they didn’t have the items we wanted to view on display at my local dreams store the staff went above and beyond to get us the extra photos we wanted of the products we purchased (inside the wardrobes etc)!

All aspects of purchase was exceptional could not have asked for anymore.Even had to refuse drinks.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. They helped me encourage my husband to try the mattress out. Good information given and product was good 😀
