The staff were more than helpful and the assistant Karen listened to our needs and guided us through choosing the right mattress.

The shop assistant was very pleasant and helpful. Completing the purchase was easy. The delivery was on time and efficient.

Spending a long time with your assistant trying all the mattresses and explaining the materials and comfortbillity of all the different types ..also choosing a bed on your large computer screen... Arranging delivery dates and assembly,all done very efficiently..

Sales assistant offered assistance straight away, was very friendly, helpful without being pushy.

The 2 female assistants Lauren was one of them were very friendly but not at all pushy. They allowed us to look quietly on our own but were there to help with our queries and they were so nice and polite and friendly. They explained to us the difference in the types of mattress but left us to make our own choice. They were so friendly we had a laugh about our trip to Longleat. I am a bit late in leaving this feedback but I feel I had to do it to let people know how well they treat customers and my husband and I would highly recommend a visit

My husband has very poor health , he suffers from COPD & has difficulty breathing , We were so looked after by Kate & Lauren in the Roundswell store in Barnstable , honestly there are an absolute credit to your company , nothing was to much trouble , they made us feel like they were just there for us, nothing was to much trouble & even made us a lovely refreshing cup of tea , our whole shopping experience was wonderful considering the heat ... Please can you make sure that there manager gets to know & at any appraisal they have that they are recognised for above & beyond service to the store ... "Dreams" is not only with your beds but with the service the customer receives . "DREAMS ALL ROUND"

Service was excellent - friendly, informative, relaxed to allow us to decide and try out the bed. Good knowledge of product.
