Lauren who initially saw us in store, was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to make our choice of bed' as were the other members of staff who dealt with us actually making the order the following day. Delivery was made within the time slot given and there was clear communication leading up to the delivery. Delivery men very pleasant.

when my wife and i went into the store we were completely confused about the different style beds and mattress but the coleague working there was so helpful explain everything so we understood she help find everything we needed in or budget she was very helpful and friedly lovely visit lovely bed.

We were looked after by Abbie who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Having explained my concerns and need for the right sort of mattress she was very much aware of the right sort of mattress that would suit my particular needs. She encouraged me to try several options explaining the pros and cons as we went along. At no stage did I feel hurried or under pressure and was encouraged to take as much time as I needed. The whole experience was very relaxed and the transaction was carried out efficiently and professionally. To be recommended!!

We entered the store knowing what we wanted to purchase and the assistant facilitated that. No extra sales banter just straight and simple.

I was quickly welcomed into the store my Katie, she left me too browse as I requested but was readily available when I needed her. She recommend one of the new kids range and helped me to decide what size I should buy for my little boy reccomending a care plan because of his age! She told us she was still very new but she was amazing and had an answer for all my questions and I came away feeling assured I bought what I needed.
