Dreams - Barnstaple

I was hoping to buy 2 x single beds today and as this was the first shop I visited I expected I would be visiting lots more. The store assistant was spot on with her assistance, took some time to ask the right questions to find out what use and purpose I was hoping to buy beds for. She gave me a range of options and prices and I felt she was really helping me to get it right for me rather than a sales pitch. She enhanced this by showing me a larger picture of the product on the in-store screen. I didn't feel I could do any better anywhere else, great value and I would definitely go back when I need more beds. Delivery time was great. Lots of assurances made by Lauren gave me the confidence to purchase there and then. Thanks. Jo

Lauren was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about helping us to decide which bed was most suitable for both our needs. We are an older couple and it was important to try various beds as we had different needs to do with back problems and firmness of the mattress. this is our second purchase of a bed from Dreams and I hope our new purchase will be as comfortable as our last one , 15 years ago.
