Staff very friendly and kept my son (3 years old) busy while i was looking.

The assistants and manageress gave us 100% attention and were extremely knowledgeable being able to answer all the questions we put to them. They gave us plenty of time and were well tuned in to our specific needs. They were competent and helpful and the cup of tea was a real bonus. We cannot thank them enough.

The sales assistant Karen was brilliant. She knew every answer to my questions. It made the purchase super fast and easy which is exactly what I wanted. Karen was very helpful and personable which made it a really pleasant experience. I was so happy when I left the store.

The customer service was amazing, the manager in store had our best interests in mind and made sure that our experience was pleasurable. Myself and my partner walked away from the store with grin ear to ear after purchasing our new bed with a fantastic finance option. With service like that I am so glad that we decided to opt out of buying at an alternative store and choose to pop into Dreams Barnstaple to have a look. Fantastic!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at my local dreams store, because the staff was very friendly and 2 staff members went out there way to find a mattress that was suitable for what i wanted it for and for in my price range . Me and my mum got made a cup of tea and coffee while we were sorting the order out on the computer. I will be returning again when I need other items .

As I walked into the store I was greeted straight away told them what I was looking for was showed more items on the large screen and was took around all the beds and they explained each and every bed and mattress they had a lot of product knowledge.
