Lauren the sale women listen to what I had to say. I am disabled due to polio and have specific needs in a mattress. Lauren understood that I cannot afford to get it wrong so did everything in her power to make sure I got what I needed. I was tired while trying out all the beds and she even made me tea and biscuits.

We popped in to browse the mattresses as we needed a new one for our third bedroom, Lauren was immediately available to assist us with our choices, she was knowledgeable and guided us with our purchase. We were told about the 0% finance so decided to choose a new mattress for ourselves too. Lauren understood our needs and we were very happy to buy both mattresses today

Lauren was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable of the products and friendly. Lauren was there when needed but not intrusive like other stores that jump on you as soon as you walk through the door before being given the opportunity to briefly look round first. I was offered refreshments and a pillow to assist with testing the comfort of the products in store. When I eventually decided to make a purchase the process was fully explained to me including the finance offers which I accepted and made my decision to make a purchase even easier. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Lauren, she was extremely helpful yet professional and delivered a highly effective service. It made a refreshing change to be spoken to and dealt with like a human being, not a prospective commission target. An all round enjoyable experience and based on my visit solely due to Lauren's hard work, I would highly recommend Barnstaple Dreams Store to anyone.
