Saw exactly what we were looking for when we entered the shop. Assistant was helpful but not pushy. Soon able to arrange our purchase without feeling rushed. Never seem to talk about bed purchases with friends but most likely to return for another purchase.

Found what we wanted without hassle. Knowledgeable and helpful assistant.

Abbie and Karen were great. The were friendly and knowledgeable. They even entertained our toddler so that we could have a proper look at the selection of beds instore. The ladies took on board our needs and guided us appropriately. There was none of the hard sell you get from other bed retailers and this actually made us feel confident buying from Dreams.

The assistant asked about our needs and recommended a mattress. Have us different options and asked us to try as many as we needed. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

A warm and friendly welcome to the store. A good and helpful knowledge of the specific requirements I needed in the choice of mattress. The efficiency of being able to overcome a problem to my satisfaction.

The sales person was very knowledgeable with the products in explaining the types and differences in springing. There was no pressure to buy.

Lauren was extremely helpful and pleasant. She showed us the alternative mattresses to suit our preferred sleeping positions, as well as the best pillows to choose and took time to explain the options for payment. Offered us tea/coffee and treated us as valued customers - very pleasant experience all round.
