The staff were very pleasant especially Abigail who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We made a selection we would have normally ruled out following the options she gave us.

Helpful staff

The Customer Service we received was excellent with the Sales assistant demonstrating excellent knowledge of the products. She encouraged us to lie on as many mattresses as possible before we made our choice, and once we got over the initial awkwardness we were trying out all types. She also spent a great deal of time with us describing the various options and helped us make our final decision. We have now had the mattress for 1 week and we are so far very satisified that we made the correct choice. The ordering process was also fine and as quick as the system allowed. All told we had a very pleasant experience at Dreams. Many thanks!
