Sophie was great, very knowledgeable. I asked for the quote in writing and called back the next day, her colleague took the details and I came into store today to finalise, I assumed it was the info I had on paper and what she advised on the phone so signed but when I got home noticed the price was wrong but store had closed.

We were given a delivery date of 14/09/20 but were called at beginning of September and told that the manufacturer couldn’t deliver until 1/10/20
