transaction couldn’t be processed. There was an issue with World pay. Lauren tried, asked me to return after my shopping. I returned and still could not process the transaction. Apparently, other stores the system was working but not at this store. I requested that the sales person speak to her manager about a voucher as compensation.. The product (bed base) was not available to view. I called back today, day after purchase, 21 jul to ask if another store held the item as expensive and wanted to view before I agreed to order. I was supposed to be called back. The sales person Lauren has not got back to me as yet, she maybe still trying to find or speaking to her manager re voucher. The bed n matters came to £3373. This is expensive to purchase before buying, but like a car, you wouldn’t buy before looking at. Lauren did say I can return, if dint like, at no cost, once delivered. However, this would leave me without a bed. Lauren was really helpful and not her fault item not in store, hers was the only store the system wouldn’t work. I assume she is looking for bed and speaking to her manager. Whilst this was unsatisfied fir me and time consuming, if was nothing she did.

I was astounded to be charged £40 initially and the reduced to £20 for the removal of my old mattress. I have always used Dreams and never had to pay before.Shame on you.
