The Sales manager was a man called Jim. He made me feel extremely welcome, and was very knowledgeable about all of the products I was interested in. It was an extremely difficult choice to buy a new bed having separated from my wife, but he was very considerate in his approach, which was obviously quite emotive for me.

The sales rep Chris was extremely helpful and also very knowledgeable in helping us chose the right matress. We did not feel any pressure from him at all to buy but he was so helpful when we found the right one for us and processed our order quickly and efficiently. I don't normally complete these types of things but feel he really deserves some recognition for such a pleasurable shopping experience. He was so great at his job even my partner wanted to hire him for just sales company.

Great staff, good price (sale) quick delivery time

The salesman, Carl, was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products on offer. After having been on the test mattress he took us to the recommended mattresses but at no time did he try to persuade us to buy the most expensive one. He explained the additional options open to us without us feeling pressured. Would that all salesmen were the same.
