The advisor was knowledgeable and helpful and took time with us to show us what we asked for and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. I thought the shop and products were clean and tidy and once he’d explained the various mattress types and colour system I found it easier to understand although initially I’d been confused. I was going to shop around before purchasing but in the end I just went ahead, mainly due to the advisor.
