When I walked into the store, Chris came over and asked if I needed help. He told me about the face mask and handsanitizing. He asked me if I would like him to wear a face mask. He was very thorough wth the whole covid guidelines. He also asked if I would like a drink. I exaplained what I was looking for and he showed me a few mattresses. His explanations and knowledge of products is outstanding. Within me trying a few mattresses and from my comments he then knew what I wanted and all the mattresses he showed me afterwards were the right mattresses for me (it was just a case of the price). Chris is a reall asset to your store. He is professional, polite and friendly but we also had a bit of banter. He is very much a people person and can pick up on personality.
