Was expecting a delivery date I was told of which wasn’t available on completion of transaction

It was a good experience. Not highly because it wasn’t until being in store for 20 mins until a member of staff explained to me the colour coding on the cloths at the end of the beds meant different things. Then everything became clearer and easier to choose. If it was signed or explained earlier I would have been highly satisfied

Mattress I hadcrrviwed on line not in store, assistant really helpful showing alternative

The process is not complete. So far, so good but we shall see the last part on delivery day.
