I was satisfied with my visit. The young guy was friendly and helpful when required and also allowed us time to have a look around and make a rescission without any pressure.

Insufficient examples (mattresses) were on display. I felt there was a lack of choice in brand as well as comfort level to try.

My experience was excellent. I called before arriving and Carl remembered my call and welcomed me. Leah looked after me and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was disappointed with the pillow when it arrived via post as it did not seem the same as the one I had tried in store. I took it back into store and Jim explained that due to Covid it could not be returned/refunded. He was extremely polite. I have a bad neck and have decided to use it anyway and I'm hoping that I will find it more comfortable/supportive in time. I spent double the amount I had intended to but cannot wait for my new mattress to arrive in January!
