Having a list of what I wanted to see, I felt the store assistant could have had a map to hand of where the beds were placed so she could direct us quickly and easily, without her looking around every where and making my disabled mom walk extra.

Only reason is that I was bursting for the toilet and at first they would not allow me to use the toilet
