The customer service we received whilst buying the mattress was amazing! We were greeted as soon as we came in and was offered help through the service. We did the bed test and he then showed me round all the beds and showed me the prices and made the process really easy and fun!

Assistant very knowledgeable, never felt pressured to buy.

Jim, the store manager approached us and was warm and friendly. We tried the sleep match machine and then several mattresses. He was great, asking questions to understand our requirements without being pushy. He let us take as long as we liked and left us some time to re try a couple of mattresses and talk, but was still nearby if we needed him. His colleagues in the store were also warm and friendly without being pushy. The store wad immaculate and we witnesses things being swapped out for Covid safety. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit.

Your salesperson Carl ( or Karl ) was extremely helpful. He explained the various options available to us once we explained our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. He really helped the decision making process and therefore got our order.

We visited the Dreams store in Basingstoke, just to begin with looking at mattresses. we were given a warm welcome and it also felt covid safe. We were greeted by a pleasant gentleman called Jim. He introduced himself, and began to ask questions in order to assess what we were looking for to help with our needs. He was very informative, and obviously new his products. We tried the beds which he also brought pillows for us as well. By the time we were ready to leave, we had purchased a mattress, 2 pillows and a mattress protector. Jim was a very nice polite gentleman, who wasn't pushy like some sales people, but made us feel able to ask questions without being pressured into buying. Would recommend this store.
