Clean bright shop. Very friendly and helpful assistant. Offered a drink. Explained about different types of mattresses. Being able to try as many beds as we liked.

Carl (Basingstoke) was brilliant. Jim and Ellie (I think) gave us useful pointers and were aware we were waiting, and answered quick questions while their current customers were deciding. As soon as Carl was free, he checked we knew what we wanted, advised of the differences and customisation choices available, and explained the 40 day satisfaction etc. Ordering and purchasing was easy and simple, well explained, clear to book a date in and the available services of collection/assembly well detailed. The assistant was very helpful listening carefully to my requests and responding thoughtfully. There was plenty of choice and I came in thinking I would spend £500 but in the end purchased a top end mattress having decided a good night's sleep is worth the expense.
